Step 1: Extract your existing save.

Step 2: Open Horizon (or Modio).

Step 3: Inject the 100% Top Save.

Step 4: Transfer back to Xbox 360.

Expected result: The main menu should show max currency. Go to Customization > Character Select. Every item slot will be filled. All characters appear on the select screen, including the silhouettes.
