Since the Sapphire Pro uses an MKS Robin Nano motherboard, Makerbase’s official repo is a secondary source.
Sometimes the screen works but shows odd characters. The TFT firmware is separate from the mainboard firmware.
Before you click download, you must check your motherboard. The Sapphire Pro has been shipped with different control boards over its production run.
For advanced users, the community firmware by Knutwurst (available on GitHub) is superior to the official version. It includes bug fixes for the Sapphire Pro’s unique dual-Z motors and heated bed PID.
