Since the Txd Tool is not available on the Google Play Store (due to its modification of third-party apps’ files), you must sideload it.

Step 4 (Optional): Shizuku Activation for Non-Root Users

Browse your storage, select a game directory, and replace .txd or .dds textures on the fly. Android 14’s “Partial Screen Sharing” permissions allow the tool to inject textures even while the game is running in a split-screen mode. Not recommended for average users

Cause: Android 14’s “scoped storage” prevents direct access to Android/data even for file managers.
Fix:
