Repacks exist in a legal gray area. They are unauthorized copies of commercial software, typically stripped of DRM and redistributed without license. WWE 2K20 is no longer sold officially on Steam or other major stores (2K pulled it from sale in mid-2020 due to its broken state and legal issues with developer Yuke’s separation). However, it is still copyrighted. Downloading the repack is technically piracy.
