Why is it always "Extra Quality"?
When Treyarch released updates for Black Ops, they added high-resolution texture packs for players with GPUs that had more than 512MB VRAM. The command execannotfindzone extra quality specifically triggers when your config.cfg says seta r_textureQuality "Extra" but the file z_texture_extra.ff is missing.

Go to your Black Ops installation folder (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\Call of Duty Black Ops).
Look for a subfolder called zone. Inside it, there should be:
