The winner gets a luxurious mansion. However, the race is rigged by the cheating champion, Steed, and his bumbling sidekick, Cinder.
Tom builds a customizable "super car" (complete with a giant mouse trap on the front), while Jerry builds a tiny, agile race car. Throughout the race, they travel through exotic locations including the Sahara Desert, the Great Wall of China, and the moon (yes, the moon). The twist? Even though they are enemies, they must work together to defeat the villains and cross the finish line.
