The K3 has two separate outputs for streaming flexibility:

The Loopback Trick: If you want your stream to hear your PC music and your mic, press the LOOPBACK button on the K3 (near the headphone jack). Now OBS doesn't need "Desktop Audio" at all; the K3 mixes everything internally.
